Ragin' Tails started as a passion for cooking up the best Texas/Cajun style seafood from start to finish. It began with two best friends sourcing the freshest, cleanest, best tasting live crawfish from Louisiana and with each Austin, texas crawfish boil they perfected their crawfish boiling method.
You're probably here because you've heard how good our crawfish boils, shrimp boils, and crab boils are... and that's for good reason. We take the extra steps to give you a product that's better than the rest.
We went as far as bagging our own personal seasoning blend that customers have been buying by the sack for years - Our Secret Seasoning.
Ragin' Tails was not only locally famous for our food. When 2020 restrictions were put in place, we made it our personal mission to provide customers with affordable access to the best live crawfish straight from our farm in Louisiana.
We became one of Central Texas' leading suppliers of the biggest, tastiest, and freshest live crawfish along with all the fixins including: snow crab legs, gulf shrimp, and countless Cajun products.
It's 2025 now - and owners A.J. Almeda and Jon Humble are expanding Ragin' Tails to bring quality seafood to the Austin, Texas area. You can have an Austin, Texas crawfish boil any day of season. Just come on by.
